Sure, maybe he had been a bit late in his usual workout, but he was definitely still in shape. “Feh, just ‘cause you got some muscles, you think you’re all that…” he muttered. “I just need a day or so, and I’ll be back in peak condition.”
She chuckled and grabbed his hand, starting to jog. “Come on! Let’s go for a work out, Lazy!” She tugged his hand once more before letting go. “I’ll treat you to something to eat after!” She looked over her shoulder to him. Grinning. It seemed she gained a bit more confidence with this new look. Maybe even a bit of an ego. Or she just didn’t care that she was barely covered. or that her clothes slipped off her so easily.
